Terms of Use
This page describes the general usage boundaries of the FlashVCC workspace and does not replace the formal commercial agreement signed by both parties. Actual available products, fees and permissions follow the post-login pages and the agreed terms.
Accounts & Permissions
The business should safeguard sign-in credentials and two-factor information, and grant permissions only to staff with a business need. Contact platform operations immediately if abnormal access is found.
Card & Fund Operations
Issuing, funding, freezing, unfreezing, balance return and closing may be processing, successful or failed. If the result is unknown, query the original order first and do not resubmit with a new order number.
Transactions & Fees
Transaction details show the principal, issuer fee and platform service fee separately. The issuer fee is deducted from the corresponding card balance; the platform service fee is handled separately per the current product fee rules.
Prohibited Uses
The service must not be used for illegal transactions, unauthorized payments, fraud, sanctions evasion or other activity that violates applicable rules. The platform may require extra verification or suspend processing for high-risk operations.
Availability & Reconciliation
Upstream issuing and transaction-query services may be briefly delayed. The system keeps the original order, idempotency identifier and audit records; the final fund result follows the completed transaction details and ledger.
